Our activities will consist of two parts: a Kayaking Day and a High Adventure Day.

 

Kayaking - Saturday, June 3rd, 9am-2pm 

Brother & Sister Engel, Brother & Sister Shoemaker, and Bishop & Sister Mair will be our tour guides for kayaking.  We will enjoy learning kayaking skills.

 

YW will need the following for Kayaking:

1. A packed lunch kept dry and safe by a large ziplock bag 
2. Change of clothes for when we are finished - you will get wet
3. It is recommended to wear quick dry clothes so you don’t get cold (not cotton, not jeans).  Please do not buy special clothes for this day, just dress in things that will dry the best while paddling.  
4. Sunscreen
5. If you wear glasses, they must be on string so they don’t fall and get lost. 

High Adventure Trip on Friday, June 23rd

Ziplining at and Horseback riding!  Those that wish to keep the fun going are welcome to a night swim and camp out at the Sherfey Residence.  

 

You will need to wear your sneakers!
